Coffee bar tour: ideas for creating a beautiful drink area
If you’re like me, having a cup of coffee is a staple part of your day. And with the rise of home renovation projects all over social media, having some sort of a coffee bar seems to be a staple in everyone’s home.
My own coffee area has changed a lot over the years, from just a small Keurig on our kitchen counter to a full-fledged corner in my kitchen that is dedicated solely to making coffee and drinks.
And now that my coffee corner has fully evolved and it is one of my favorite parts of my kitchen, I thought it would be fun to share my inspiration, the products I used, and the tips that helped me create this pretty little drink nook.
Without further ado, let’s chat coffee!
Inspiration
As with any project that I take on, it must always start with finding inspiring images on social media. Personally, my poison is Pinterest for a place to gather my inspiration. Of course, I already had a general idea of what I wanted but finding a few pictures helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted!
Products
As an adult with adult money, finding the perfect products and decor is my favorite part of decorating. So I spent countless hours browsing Amazon and Etsy to see some of the cutest stuff for my little coffee corner. As you can probably tell, I have an earthy style to my decorating with lots of plants (natural and artificial), dark woods, and earth tones. If you love the decor and details that make up my little coffee corner, below are all the products I bought!

Tips
I’m not an interior designer, so don’t expect any fancy or technical information. But I have a knack for finding inspiration and creating my own version of it according to what I like. Because of this, here are a few tips that I typically abide by when decorating my own coffee corner.
- Before you start decorating, find some inspiration images online. Gather them up (I like to save them to a Pinterest board) and then use them as a mood board for what colors, details, and products you want for your own area.
- Stick to a color palette. After you’ve gathered your inspiration images, note any recurring details or colors. Those things are probably catching your eye and drawing you in, so take those colors and details and add them to your own space. For example, every image I chose had some sort of warm wood details and earthy aspects with plants.
- Spend some time browsing on Amazon for products. I’ve found that Amazon’s search feature is getting pretty smart and will consistently show me products that I really like. And as someone who wants to online shop, this part is my favorite. Type something like “coffee bar organizer” and start saving products in a wish list.
- I always try to add a bit of magic and witchiness to every part of my home! I add artificial vines, crystals, herbs, and various witchcraft decor. In this case, witchy mugs were the perfect addition.
- And lastly, if you’re a fan of adding syrups and sauces to your beverages, the Monin brand is top tier. They last forever and are incredibly flavorful. My person favorites are their Salted Caramel, Coconut, and Spiced Brown Sugar.
And there you have it, friends, my little coffee corner reveal, and some tips and products to get you started creating your own!
